SunBurn is conceived as a mythic figure born from a brush with catastrophe: a being whose proximity to the solar furnace did not destroy him but transmuted him. Infused with spectral yellows, vermilions and colorful tones, he now traverses multiple planes, acting as both messenger and material embodiment of radiant energy.
SunBurn functions as a narrative anchor that lets color behave as character. The figure’s traversal of “dimensions” is rendered through geometric portals and fractured symmetry, inviting viewers to feel they are witnessing light refracted through alternate realities.
