One-paragraph description:

Blending radiant colour fields with symmetry, “Hypnotto” functions as a visual meditative device: its swirls and steady, centripetal gaze draw the audience into a gentle trance in which everyday stress dissolves, leaving a clear, rejuvenated mind ready for new stimulus.

“Hypnotto” occupies the intersection of abstraction and psychological affect. At first encounter, the work’s concentric vortices and saturated hues command attention; within seconds, the eye is coaxed into slow, rhythmic tracking, echoing the tempo of mindful breathing. This formal strategy transforms the canvas into what might be called a visual mantra, one that hushes intrusive thoughts and encourages inward focus.

Conceptually, the piece proposes an interdimensional guide: a benevolent entity whose only function is to disarm tension. Rather than depicting a literal figure, the artist embeds the presence of Hypnotto in colour relationships and recursive geometry, allowing viewers to project their own anxieties onto his eyes and watch them dissipate. The work thus positions itself not merely as an object to be seen but as an active participant in the viewer’s emotional recalibration.

“Hypnotto” offers both aesthetic intrigue and experiential depth. Its immediate visual pull can serve as an anchor point within a thematic exhibition on well-being, altered perception, or contemporary spirituality, while its longer-term contemplative effect invites audiences to linger, transforming a space into a temporary sanctuary of calm reflection.
